Your truck is picked up and taken to the required destination. For a SAAQ request, we coordinate the visit with an inspection agent, any required corrective work and a recheck when needed. CM Montréal is not a SAAQ inspection agent; our role is to manage the process for you.
You receive useful updates while the truck is in our care and a repair estimate within 36 hours when work is required. No additional work is started without your approval.
Once the work or inspection process is complete, we coordinate the vehicle's return with your team to reduce the time spent arranging transportation.
